This site contains comprehensive information on the various aspects of organising elections. There are links to explanations of many aspects of elections including electoral systems, legislative frameworks, and electoral management. There is a section on voter education and voter registration, and also a discussion on the role of the media in elections. There are also case studies on different aspects of structures of elections implemented by 39 countries around the world. A special section in the website focuses on HIV/AIDS and elections, and on a project to look at the possible impact of HIV/AIDS on electoral processes in Africa.
