The Ttocirrod Foundation’s mission is to assist persons who are socially, mentally, economically or physically handicapped to achieve the highest individual potential as a happy and productive member of society as the person’s individual handicap will permit. The site provides information about the foundations three programs: The Art-Exiled project, the Vocational Incentive Program, and the Safe Water Innovation and Public Health project.
