The Singapore civil service is one of the most efficient and least corrupt in the world with some of the highest paid civil servants. This dicusses the Sigapore’s 12 Government Parliamentary Committees (GPCs) which serve as feedback units to the ministries and which also serve as a link between the ministries and the public for them to better understand government policy.
